William Paca House Wedding Ceremony + Elegant Annapolis Waterfront Hotel Wedding = FABULOUS!

Ginny and Max had a gorgeous day June 9th. With a smile on her face all day, Ginny decided to wear a removable off-the-shoulder top for her ceremony, and took it off for the couple's reception, revealing a stunning strapless sweetheart dress.

The theme and tones of the day were white, gold, silver, and a blush pink. Flowers were perfectly incorporated into this beautiful June summer wedding day!

The couple said their vows outside at the lovely William Paca House & Gardens. The party continued at the beautifully decorated Annapolis Waterfront Hotel. One of the highlights of this event was the custom bar and clear top tent that was brought in to make the patio into an elegant cocktail hour space!  Props to Event Pro for the beautiful decor and Anna Schmidt for doing a fantastic job capturing this beautiful day and couple!

“Gina was my day-of-planner and I could not have gotten through my wedding without her! I read the great reviews on wedding savvy and felt confident that this company would provide stellar service. Gina truly exceeded my expectations. From 2 months out, she ensured my contracts were in line and all the small details were not missed. She was always available for questions and advice. She met with me several times prior to the wedding and so on the day, I felt very secure that everything would go smoothly! From the smallest, to the largest details, Gina and her team, made sure I could truly enjoy my wedding. I even forgot a piece of my wedding dress and she made sure I had it before the ceremony! I couldn’t say enough about her commitment and hard work to organize and ensure my perfect day. I highly recommend hiring Wedding Savvy ! It was worth every penny!”

Glam Wedding with Beautiful Greenery? Yes they Did! The Belvedere Hotel & Cathedral of Mary Our Queen

Belvedere hotel BY Jillian Michelle Photography

Caitlin & Dave are an easy going couple that wanted an affair to remember. With a love for all things sparkly and music, this couple created a wedding to remember.

The stunning Cathedral of Mary our Queen was the perfect backdrop for Caitlin & Danny’s fall wedding day. The guests were in for a treat with a bagpiper welcome to this traditional catholic mass that was the official beginning for Caitlin & Danny’s married life. The Bagpipers traversed the Cathedral’s steps as guests entered into the breathtaking church. It was an absolute privilege to work alongside Shirley, the Cathedral Coordinator who was welcoming and helpful and together Wedding Savvy & Shirley got our couple down the aisle and back for a fabulous kiss caught by Jillian Michelle.

Speaking of Jillian, she got the most FABULOUS photos of our bridal party, wouldn’t you agree?

The wedding reception space was the perfect mix of glam (thanks to the gorgeous Charles Ballroom at the Belvedere) and natural greenery. Kelly green was so perfectly weaved into this event with the napkins and we can’t get enough of the natural +glam look! We loved that our music fans named the tables after their favorite albums - it was a great custom touch that they used the album artwork likeness to make

“Wedding Savvy is excellent!! Raquel and Emily helped me make sure everything was in place leading up to my wedding and made sure that everything went smoothly on the actual day! I was able to relax and not have to worry about anything and just enjoy the day. They are both extremely personable, responsive and experienced!” -Caitlin, Bride

Mike and Addie are two very savvy & busy professionals who knew exactly how they envisioned their wedding day coming together. With the help of Wedding Savvy, the day went exactly as planned and most importantly, Addie & Mike got to be guests at their own wedding!

Addie & Mike’s vision was a simple yet elegant look mixed with a warm rustic feeling. Addie knew her vision and with the help of her friends and family, brought the look to life by working with a family friend for flowers and creating the altar set up herself! The decor was simplistic yet elegant and perfect for her tastes. We loved it - don’t you agree?

Zeffert and Gold did an amazing job with the catering - the food was great and the service was seamless -way to go Z&G team!

Addie & Mike, it was our sincere pleasure to be a part of your wedding day. You are both smart and savvy and the epitome of a classy couple! It was our pleasure to meet your families and be there on your day taking care of the details so you could relax and enjoy your special moments. Thank you for allowing us to be a part of your big day!

“Initially, I didn’t think I needed a planner. As we progressed through the planning process, I realized it was a far more complicated task than originally anticipated. Raquel and the Wedding Savvy team were recommended to us by a family friend. I am so glad we decided to hire their team. Nia was our assigned coordinator. She is patient, carefully listened to my “vision” for the day, offered honest and useful feedback, and her plans were extremely detailed and organized. She brought a lot of details/ideas to my attention that I wouldn’t have thought of or had initially considered not important. There were a few miscommunications between my fiance and I and she handled those situations patiently and professionally. Nia wasn’t able to make our walk-through at the venue, but we were lucky enough to have Raquel fill in for her. From the relatively small amount of time spent with Raquel, I can confidently say she is an expert and well connected in the wedding world. One of the most helpful things Nia did for us was putting together a well detailed and organized schedule for the day of for vendors, the wedding party and family. This kept everyone on the same page and was especially helpful keeping us on time as we had to change plans on the fly once it started pouring rain that afternoon. Ultimately, I felt our day went off without a hitch and I was able to enjoy our wedding thanks to the work of Nia and her team.” -Addie, Bride

“The wedding music will fade, the flowers will die, and you won’t even remember if you ate, let alone what you ate, at the reception.  But the wedding pictures last forever.”

Liz and Mason's beautiful wedding venue had the perfect amount of rustic pieces to give them the day they wanted. The brick wall, bar, and wooden barrels really helped to add to the rustic vibe and give them the perfect night they dreamed of!

A Gorgeous USNA Wedding

Caroline and Matthew couldn't have wished for a better day to be married! And the beautiful day definitely matched the beautiful ceremony and reception!

Caroline made a very subtle dress change by adding a lace top over her strapless dress. How innovative! The couple also rolled out in a "Just Married" Rolls Royce! Just like the Royal Couple did. Congratulations to these two!
